- How do I pay for my transfer?
A representative will call you once we receive your transfer request to get payment information over the phone.
All reservations require a credit card/debit card be on file at time of booking.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express) as payment, Local Bank drawn checks and cash when paid in advance.
If you would like to pay with cash, please let the representative know at time of booking to see if this would be an option for your transfer.
- Where will I meet the driver when I arrive?
Orlando International Airport
When arriving at MCO you will need to proceed to Ground Transportation on level one (this is one level below baggage claim) walk to parking space 14 or 15 for both terminal A or terminal B.
Orlando-Sanford International Airport
When arriving at SFB walk to escalators/elevator area on ground level; Driver will will at the button of this area with a sign that has your name and flight information on it. Greet driver for help getting your baggage (if any) and to walk to vehicle parking area.
- What happens if I can’t locate my driver?
Call our dispatch department to get direction to the pickup location and to get an ETA on the driver’s arrival time.
- My group size has changed, can I choose another vehicle?
If your group size has changes your will need to call our office for vehicle availability and to switch to a different vehicle.
- How long will the transfer take?
The transfer time will depend on your pickup or drop off location.
Our Door to door service transfer times are as follows and are approximate:
1 hours to 1 hour 30 minutes from the Lake County area
1 hour 15 minutes to 2 hours for the Marion County (Belleview/Dunnellon/Ocala) area.
The above time frame may vary due to traffic and/or weather conditions.
- What information do I need to booking a reservation?
We need to following information to make your reservation:
- Flight information (date of travel, Airport, Airline, Flight #, Departing/arriving times)
- Passengers information (including good contact phone number)
- Pickup address
- Drop-off address if returning from MCO or SFB
- Paying Customer’s information (Billing address, contact phone number)
- Valid credit card on file (Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express) by phone (NEVER! provide this information through email)
- Email address in which to send the reservation conformation with terms and conditions.
- Do your offer a shared ride service?
Currently the service that provides a shared ride option is our economy service type.
This service is provided using a passenger van that can accommodate up to 10 passengers with one suitcase and one personal item for airport transfers. This service may be a shared vehicle if more than one transfer is in the same geographical area no more then 15-30 minutes apart.

- How do I make a booking on your website?
Use our Rate Lookup & Booking Tool on our main page. The following is the instruction for using this tool.
Step 1: Select a service type:
Luxury Service: Private door-to-door using Sedan, Van, SUV, Limo or Bus
Economy Service: door-to-door using passenger van and may be shared with other party
Hourly/Directed Service: SUV. Limo, Van, Minibus or motor coach
Seaport Transfers: Van, Limo, Buses
Choose “Pick-up Date”
Choose “Pick-up Time”
Enter “Pick-up Location” (complete physical address)
If hour;y/directed is selected click “Add stop” to enter Destination address.
Enter “Drop-off Location” (complete physical address)
Select “Number of Passengers”
Enter “Luggage Count” (total pieces of luggage)
If hourly/directed was selected enter “Number of Hours”
Click “Add Child Seat” if needed (luxury service only)
Step 2: Click “Select Vehicle” to see rates per-vehicle
Step 3: Select the desired vehicle by clicking “Book Now” to complete the booking process. If vehicle does not have a rate click “Request Quote” to received a personal quote for vehicle selected.
Provide provide complete contact information in 3rd step in order to book a vehicle or request a quote.

- I cannot find a route I want to book. What to do?
Call us at 352-742-2822 option 2 for availability in your area
- Can I book a transfer with more than one stop?
Yes, if you book our Airport Transfer – Private services (your party is the only ones using the vehicle) then if additional stops are required please inform the reservation agent when booking transfer, there may be an additional charge for additional stops.
- What luggage entitlement will I have?
Your are alloted 2 checked bags and 1 personal item pre-person.
Please inform us if you have any oversize bags (such as Golf Bags, Ski boards, etc..) or if you will be traveling with children or pets.

- Do you have a Mobile App for my Smartphone to make Bookings?
Yes, we offer a mobile app for rate lookup and booking reservations, Keep track of past reservations and know when your driver is on the way when using this app.

- Do you offer a low cost shuttle stop service?
Currently we do not have a shuttle stop route in place however, we are working on implementing this type of service in the future.
When in place this service will provide a pickup and drop-off at select Hampton Inn area hotels in Mount Dora, Leesburg/Tavares, The Villages and Belleview/Ocala going to MCO and SFB at predesignated times.
