Before you book

How do I make a booking on your website?

Use the “Booking Form” on the Our Services page for your selected selected airport and service type; when finished click “Send” to submit the reservation request.

Once we received the email notification a representative will call you to finalize the pickup and get payment information over the phone.

I cannot find a route I want to book. What to do?

Call us at 352-742-2822 option 2 for availability in your area

How do I pay for my transfer?

A representative will call you once we receive your transfer request to get payment information over the phone.

All reservations require a credit card/debit card be on file at time of booking.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express) as payment, Local Bank drawn checks and cash when paid in advance.

If you would like to pay with cash, please let the representative know at time of booking to see if this would be an option for your transfer.

What luggage entitlement will I have?

Your are alloted 2 checked bags and 1 personal item pre-person.

Please inform us if you have any oversize bags (such as Golf Bags, Ski boards, etc..) or if you will be traveling with children or pets.

My group size has changed, can I choose another vehicle?

If your group size has changes your will need to call our office for vehicle availability and to switch to a different vehicle.

How long will the transfer take?

The transfer time will depend on your pickup or drop off location.

Our Door to door service transfer times are as follows and are approximate:

1 hours to 1 hour 30 minutes from the Lake County area

1 hour 15 minutes to 2 hours for the Marion County (Belleview/Dunnellon/Ocala) area.

The above time frame may vary due to traffic and/or weather conditions.

What information do I need to booking a reservation?

We need to following information to make your reservation:

  1. Flight information (date of travel, Airport, Airline, Flight #, Departing/arriving times)
  2. Passengers information (including good contact phone number)
  3. Pickup address
  4. Drop-off address if returning from MCO or SFB
  5. Paying Customer’s information (Billing address, contact phone number)
  6. Valid credit card on file (Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express) by phone (NEVER! provide this information through email)
  7. Email address in which to send the reservation conformation with terms and conditions.

 

Before your trip

Can I book a transfer with more than one stop?

Yes, if you book our Airport Transfer – Private services (your party is the only ones using the vehicle) then if additional stops are required please inform the reservation agent when booking transfer, there may be an additional charge for additional stops.

Where will I meet the driver when I arrive?

Orlando International Airport

When arriving at MCO you will need to proceed to Ground Transportation on level one (this is one level below baggage claim) walk to parking space 14 or 15 for both terminal A or terminal B.

 

Orlando-Sanford International Airport

When arriving at SFB walk to escalators/elevator area on ground level; Driver will will at the button of this area with a sign that has your name and flight information on it. Greet driver for help getting your baggage (if any) and to walk to vehicle parking area.

What happens if I can’t locate my driver?

Call our dispatch department to get direction to the pickup location and to get an ETA on the driver’s arrival time.
