Terms & Conditions

By accepting and confirming a reservation thought Lake Limo Transportation services Inc., you are agreeing to the below listed terms and conditions. 
INFORMATION ACCURACY – It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure we are provided accurate reservation information including but not limited to: (pickup location, flight time for arrivals or departures, flight numbers, originating flight city, contact phone number (including cell phone number for airport arrivals), destination locations and valid credit card information for method of payment). Lake Limo is not responsible for missed flight or missed shuttle pickups due to inaccurate information provided. Therefore, there will be no refund or credit given in such cases. 
PAYMENT: We accept all major credit cards; all reservations require a credit card on file to reserve a seat or vehicle (No Exception). Cash/check payments are accepted if paying for reservation(s) in advance of travel date(s). By providing us with your credit card information you are authorizing Lake Limo Transportation Services, Inc to charge the credit card for any and all fees related to scheduled transportation. If credit card declines or cannot be processed and passenger does not pay cash at time of pickup then service will be denied and no transport service will be provided; passenger will then be put on our NO RIDE list. PLEASE NOTE: We will not be responsible for any missed flights due to none payment of services. 
PLEASE NOTE: There is NO EATING OR DRINKING ALLOWED IN OUR VEHICLES. If a passenger chooses to eat, drink or has an accident that requires extra cleaning of the vehicle; a $250 cleaning fee will be charge to the credit card on file. 
PLEASE NOTE: All children 5yrs old or younger; must be in a State of Florida approved car seat. At this time we do not provide car seats. Passenger is responsible for obtaining an approved car seat for use in our vehicles. 
ADDITIONAL FEES: are tolls, airport or seaport parking fee, early morning or late night (these fees for subject to change without notice. 
GRATUITY: is includes at the industry standard of 15% on all services except (Luxury vehicle service such as: Sedan, SUV, Limousine and Vans) 
CANCELLATION POLICY - Reservation cancellation must be received no later than 24 hours prior to scheduled pickup. All reservations cancelled after after cut-off time will be subject to a cancellation fee as determined by reservation rate. Reservations cancelled same day of travel are not eligible for refund or credit. NO SHOWS - Will be charge current service rate. Prepaid reservations are NOT eligible for a refund or credit. Cash pay passengers will be charge full fare using credit card on file. 
FLIGHT DELAYS –It is the passenger’s responsibility to inform us of any flight delays. If we are informed prior to driver’s start-time, then we will hold driver from arriving at the airport until we know the exact time the flight will arrive; this will eliminate any additional charges. If we are not informed or driver is in route or already at airport when we learn the flight is delayed then there will be additional charge of $1 per-minute (15 minute Minimum) for the driver to stay in holding until ready for pickup; this is in addition to the $30 charge for late night/ early morning pickups; if delay causes flight to arrive after 7:00pm. 
REFUND POLICY - No Refund will be issued for reservations that do not follow the cancellation policy above. If you cancel your reservation within our cancellation policy terms then a refund or credit for full fare price will be issued and will be good for one year from date of cancellation. 
LUGGAGE POLICY: Each passenger is allowed 2 checked bags and 1 carry-on, each additional piece of luggage thereafter will be charge at a rate of $5 each. If luggage is held up due to delays or weather for more than 1 hour causing driver to have to wait in holding area there will be an additional holding fee charge of $6.25 based on every 15 minutes driver has to hold for pickup. This fee will be charged to credit card on file for reservation. 
DEPARTURES –Time given are scheduled times, it is the passenger responsibility to be ready at time of pickup; we will call and/or email the day before scheduled pick-up to confirm reservation. All departures are scheduled to be at the airport no less than 2 hours prior to the departure times, except during holidays when traffic and airport security is heightened then additional travel time may be added at our sole discretion. If driver has to wait more than an hour for passenger(s), there will be additional charge of $25 per hour (1 hour minimum); If passenger(s) are not at scheduled pickup location at the schedule time and driver is unable to reach passengers(s) then they will be marked as a No Show and No Refund or credit given; In this event passenger will have to pay an additional fare rate to be picked up and will cause an extended waiting period for another vehicle/driver to be dispatched. Pickup time between 10pm – 5am will be subject to an additional late night/early morning charge of $50 which will be billed to the credit card on file. We are no responsible for missed flight due to circumstance beyond our control (including but limited to: weather, traffic, road conditions, etc.) PLEASE NOTE: we will make every attempt to reach the passenger to confirm pickup time the day prior to pick, however, if we are unable to reach passenger either by phone, voicemail or email and passenger misses the scheduled pickup there will be No Refund or Credit given. It is the passenger’s responsibility to verify their exact pickup time the day prior to pick up. We will not be responsible for any missed flights due to passenger(s) that are running late or marked as No Show. 
ARRIVALS - Will receive a call and a reminder email (if email address was given) the day before scheduled pick-up to confirm reservation. It is the passenger's responsibility to call and notify us of any delays or cancellations as soon as possible by calling 352-742-2822 press option 2. If we are not informed by passenger or billing client and scheduled pickup time is missed, then driver will start his hold time and will be billed to credit card on file at a rate of $25 per hour (1 hour minimum) until driver reaches passenger or dispatch releases driver to return to home office; in this event our No Show policy applies and passenger will have to pay an additional fare rate to be picked up and will cause an extended waiting period for another vehicle/driver to be dispatched. Pickup time between 10pm – 5am will be subject to an additional late night/early morning charge of $50 which will be billed to the credit card on file. 
Lake Limo is not responsible for items left in the vehicle, please take the time to ensure you have all your belongings when exiting the vehicles. If we are asked to ship or mail any items left behind then shipping cost plus handle fee will be charge to credit card on file.
